Privacy
This site sets no cookies and measures nothing. The page you are reading was served without asking anyone else for anything.
Last updated: September 2026.
What this site does not do
No cookies, no trackers, no pixels, no analytics, no social buttons. No consent banner either: there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts are served from our own domain. No request leaves for a third party while you read this page, so your IP address is not shared with anyone.
When you write to us
This site has no form. You reach us by email, and we receive whatever you put in the message: your address, your name, your company, and the problem you describe.
We use it to answer you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Your message is filed in our own sales records. No resale, no adding you to a bought prospecting list.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry.
Retention: three years after our last exchange if nothing comes of it. For engagements, the statutory retention period for contractual and accounting records.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare keeps technical logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for security and troubleshooting, for the period the law allows. We do not read them ourselves and we do not cross-reference them with anything.
Cloudflare is a US company. Pages are served to you from its European points of presence, and the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Our products
Glow Reports, Glauria and Transf’R Toi are separate services with their own processing and their own policies. This page covers the tarisoftware.com site only.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to us and we answer within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, cnil.fr.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not apply changes retroactively to data already collected.
